Returns & Exchanges
Please Note: Absolute Socks does not accept returns or exchanges for used, or just tried on products or unused if labels have been removed. If they are returned without original tags intact or any evidence of being worn/just tried on, the item will be discarded and no refund or credit issued.
You have 60 days from the date that the order was delivered to initiate the return. Items must be received by us no later than 75 days from the date of delivery to be processed.
Included with every order is an invoice/packing slip which shows your order detail, and serves as our Exchange/Return Form. Please refer to the back of this slip for instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s). We suggest that you return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, we will refund using your original payment method. Please include a contact phone number, email address or fax number in case we have any questions about your return. Large or special orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We handle returns with exchange requested as two separate transactions. While we will charge your credit card for the second item, we'll promptly refund the amount of the original item, upon receipt of your return.
Unless the exchange occurred as a result of our error, we do not refund postage and handling.
ALL SALES FINAL FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. No refunds will be issued and items will be discarded.
Incorrect Merchandise Received
If you received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service Department with 10 days of receipt at 1-877-532-6588 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make arrangements to have the correct item shipped to you and provide a postage paid return bag. Claims received past the 10 days will not be honored. If you decide to ship the item back to us on your own, please note that return shipping is not refundable.
* Please Note: If you took advantage of a FREE shipping promotion and the total of your order is reduced to less than the amount to qualify for Free Shipping, the actual shipping charges will be retroactively deducted from the total of the refund due.
You'll receive notification via e-mail when your refund (if applicable) is processed. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll receive a refund more quickly.
