We pride ourselves with our fast shipping. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday thru Friday, but due to times of heavy volume, holidays or other issues, we state that processing may take 1-2 business days. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
If you choose an expediated services from UPS or USPS, we are not responsible for late delivery. If timing is crucial, please call us and tell us and we can advise if same day processing is possible. If you take advantage of a free shipping promotion and you return the entire order or enough of it so that it no longer qualified for the free shpping promotion, the original cost of shipping that order to you will be deducted from your refund. Also if we receive the return back here with postage due, it will be deducted from your refund as well.

Shipping Methods Available
Super Saver Shipping: While most of these order are delivered in 3-5 days from date of shipping, transit time can be 10 days or more. Most of these orders are shipped via the post office, but if you choose this option, be sure that the US Mail and UPS can deliver to the shipping address as we reserve the right to select shipping method. Please choose another method of shipping if you need the order in hand by a certain date as transit time is very variable. Orders returned to us by the post office as undeliverable will incur the actual cost of shipping in order to reship it to a different address or via a different carrier. No guarantee for on-time delivery.
Post Office Services
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: From the post office. Priority Mail is the post office's best attempt to deliver within 3 days, but there is no guarantee for on-time delivery. Delivery confirmation only. Note: Status information may be provided while the package is enroute, but it is not a regular feature of the service.
USPS EXPRESS MAIL: From the post office. Express Mail is the post office best attempt to deliver in 1-2, but there is no guarantee for on-time delivery. Delivery confirmation only. Note: Status information may be provided while the package is enroute, but it is not a regular feature of the service.
UPS Services: UPS does not ship to PO Box Addresses. If a package is shipped via UPS and doesn't arrive on time, we will contact at your request UPS to see if you are entitled to a refund. Weather related delays and such may not be covered. UPS decision is final and claim for late delivery must be made within 7 calendars days (yes, holidays do count).
UPS GROUND: UPS Service. Can take from 1-6 business days depending on your location in reference to our warehouse. We ship out of Connecticut. *. Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are not considered in transit time and weekend delivery is not available. Tracking available
UPS 3rd DAY SELECT: UPS Service. Delivery in 3 business days from the date of shipping *. Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are not considered in transit time and weekend delivery is not available. Tracking is available.
UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS Service. Delivery in 2 business days from date of shipping *. Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are not considered in transit time and weekend delivery is not available. Tracking available
UPS Next Day Air: UPS Service. Delivery in 1 business day from date of shipping* Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are not considered in transit time and weekend delivery is not available. UPS Next Day shipped on Friday is for Monday delivery. Tracking available
If you choose one of these expediated services from UPS, we are not responsible for late delivery. If your order is delivered later than the scheduled delivery date, we will, at your request, contact UPS to see if you qualify for a refund of the shipping charges. Priority Mail is via the post office and on-time delivery is not guaranteed. Again we are not responsible for late delivery. Cost returning of merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address information that has to be corrected by UPS and/or other carrier will incur an additional charge of $5 ($10 in case of expedited services). Please make sure that you enter the correct address, including apartment or suite number, and correct zip code. This also applies to having UPS redirect your package to different address. By placing the order, you authorize Absolute Socks, to charge you the additional fee in event of an address correction.
We only ship to a select number of countries as noted on our checkout page.
Orders must be shipped to the same address as the correct billing address of the credit card. We will not ship to a different address other than the correct billing address. We do not ship to companies in the US that forward packages to international countries or to addresses in the US if the credit card is from a different country (or international addresses with US cards) .

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance & delivery must be paid by the customer.
